NO REFUNDS!!! Exchanges will on be accepted on DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Only. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise on any unworn defective items. Within that 24 hour period with any quality concerns so that we can either exchange the item or give a store credit. It is the sole responsibility of the customer for shipping returns. There are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS OR SWIMWEAR.
In the event of an exchange if the new item is more customer is responsible for the difference, but if it is less a store credit will be issued. If store credit is issued please contact us via phone before placing order.
